Loved this fairly clean and ideal place, pleasant staff and impressive rooms. My room included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave. Magnificent central location so close to Close to Epicentre.
The room was perfect with exceptionally comfortable beds.
Hip new hotel in a good area really close to restaurants. This venue was situated in the central position.

Stayed here for 3 days, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with easy location right in the center of everything you can walk. Good service, wonderfully friendly staff, the breakfast was devine.

The rooms were individual, staff was amazingly attentive, the location was unbeatable. The service was attentive during all my really really nice stay. Besides, I parked onsite. Rooftop bar was nice!

Staff were extremely friendly; breakfast was awesome, and location was marvelous! Big beds & non-smoking rooms. I appreciated a microwave, coffee & tea making facilities and a fridge. The place was right at Charlotte city center. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the rooftop bar.
Everything was perfect as always. Lovely garden and amazing pool. Magnificent own beach was near the hotel. Healthy food in the signature restaurant.

Best place I've stayed in before now due to food and staff. The hotel was right next to Charlotte downtown. Really helpful staff members provided a few recommendations.
the beds were really comfortable in our room. breakfast was really good with lots of options. the place was so close to the heart of charlotte. service was great as we had expected. we loved this, haven't been in a better hotel.
The bathroom was tiny.

It made my trip to Charlotte a fairly nice experience. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast was marvellous and everything was great. The location was favourable, at a moderate distance from Epicenter.
